Access to course materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.
2. 3-Day Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- No course quizzes have been attempted, including attempting even a single question
- Total video watch time does not exceed 15 cumulative minutes
The 3-day period begins from the original date and time of purchase.
3. Usage-Based Refund Exclusions
A refund becomes automatically ineligible if any of the following occur:
- Attempting any quiz question, even one question
- Accumulating more than 15 minutes of total video watch time across all lessons
- Accessing gated assessment content
Usage is measured cumulatively and tracked via the learning platform.
Once these conditions are met, the right to a refund is forfeited.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, customers must contact us and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used for purchase
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
5. Technical Fault Exception
If a verified technical issue on our platform prevents access to purchased content, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
All technical claims will be investigated prior to approval.
