- The user has not accessed course materials
- The user has not watched any video lessons
- The user has not attempted any quizzes or assessments
Online Learning System (OLS) uses platform activity data to verify course access, including page views, time spent within course materials, and assessment attempts.
If any course content has been accessed or assessments attempted, the purchase will be considered consumed digital content, and refunds will not be granted.

Termination of an account due to violations of these Terms will not entitle the user to any refund.
